Our children’s ministries are based on a strategy that is simply called “Orange”. Orange is the color that you get when you mix red and yellow. The warm, loving heart of the family (red) and the bright, shining light of the church (yellow) have to work together (orange) if we want to have the greatest impact on our kids. Orange is all about the partnership of the family and the church to make that happen!
First Look is designed to incite wonder in the heart of your preschooler, giving them their first impression of their heavenly Father. We want them to know all about His amazing love for them and His desire to be their friend. Our goal is to make sure that every child knows these things early in life:
- God made me
- God loves me
- Jesus wants to be my friend forever
252 Basics is grounded in Luke 2:52, “And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.” As your elementary aged kids grow up, we want to see them growing in wisdom and their relationships with God and other people. This can happen if they grow up knowing:
- I need to make the wise choice
- I can trust God no matter what
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated
